Safety and high quality standards of IDRAFLOT® flotation units are a basic element from the early stages of our machines.

IDRAFLOT® flotation units :

It shall be designed in accordance with the safety standards applicable to the European Union and any further required by the customer on its own specific or applicable to the country in which it will be installed, including the CE marking regulations, components under pressure, the electrical system and the operation of the software.

it is manufactured according to rigorous standards that guarantee high quality and safety levels, without the possibility of exceptions.

it is designed to be prepared for use in a variety of situations and to prevent dangerous situations through appropriate design, the insertion of systems to allow its use in safe conditions, and the visualization via pictograms and instructions contained in the manual.

– it is individually tested by skilled personnel certifying the perfect functioning and maintenance of the performances in all conditions of use, before leaving the production plant of Zoppola (PN-Italy).

Each flotation units is supplied with the use and maintenance manual in which all the safety aspects and the measures to be taken to eliminate or minimise any risk source for both normal use and the phases of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, and with the aim of maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety in time.

The suppliers of the components of the IDRAFLOT® machines are carefully evaluated, and the materials supplied needs rigorous checks to attest compliance with the requirements, the precision of the processing and finally, through the testing final, in their perfect functioning.

The technologies and equipment used for the realization of the IDRAFLOT® products are the best currently available, and such as to guarantee the best quality results and for the safety of the operators.

The same production plant, located in Zoppola (PN-Italy), where the IDRAFLOT® is built, has been realized according to the specific requests of Veolia Group aimed also at ensuring the highest operational level of quality and safety.

Obtaining certifications according to international standards for quality (ISO 9001:2015) and health & safety at work (ISO 45001:2018) by the organizational structure that supervises the realization of the IDRAFLOT® flotation units is therefore a logical consequence of everything expressed above.
